We generally need 15 minutes to write, validate and post the reply. This is done on purpose to ensure we deliver a seamless experience to your customers.

We currently offer 1-on-1 email support for any changes in your account, including adding more locations, changing the tone of voice of your replies or canceling your subscription. Send us an email at admin@fiveoutta5.com and we will get back to you.

The only way to cancel your subscription is to send us an email confirming your interest in doing so. We will then cancel your subscription and charge you only until the day in which this email was sent, prorated to the current subscription month.

Right before posting the reply, we run a control check to make sure that neither you or any of your colleagues has replied already. If the review has been replied, we will prioritize your post and discard ours.
